E-money service provider PT Fintek Karya Nusantara (LinkAja) sends the first stage of aid to Mount Semeru eruption victims in Lumajang, East Java. The aid consists of a public kitchen, groceries, ready to eat food and hygiene kit. In this emergency response act, LinkAja also collaborates with Dompet Dhuafa, Baznas, and Rumah Zakat to distribute aid directly to the victims.
LinkAja and LinkAja Syariah users also contributed in this aid, where each investment transaction worth Rp100,000 through the app will be taken Rp5,000 to donate to the victims. Users can make donations to various donation partners like Benih Baik and Sedekah through the “LinkAja Berbagi'' feature by choosing the Donation Program for Semeru in LinkAja & LinkAja Syariah application.
“This initiative aligns with our commitment to show our corporate responsibility. We want to contribute positively to help our brothers and sisters of the Mount Semeru victims with providing them the needed aid. We hope we can help relieve the victims of this disaster“ said Widjayanto, Operations Director of LinkAja.
