The digital financial service LinkAja supports the Ministry of SOEs' program at the BUMN Startup Day 2022 held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Tangerang. The Ministry of SOE's initiative is run in collaboration with all SOE companies and SOE Venture Capital aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas, inspiration, and collaboration between Indonesian SOEs and various curated startups in the early and growth stages. In this series of events, LinkAja provided one form of support through the inauguration of its collaboration with Feedloop to facilitate the digitization process in the application through a low code development platform, and EdenFarm to support Indonesia's food security through digitization.
As the initial stage of the collaboration, LinkAja inaugurated its strategic collaboration with EdenFarm and Feedloop through the signing of a collaboration on the last day of BUMN Startup Day by Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso representing the President Director of PT Feedloop Global Teknologi, David Setyadi Gunawan as President Director of PT Eden Pangan Indonesia (EdenFarm) and Yogi Rizkian Bahar as LinkAja's President Director, who was also supported by Mohamad Ramzy, President Commissioner of Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi (TMI).
On a separate occasion, Mohamad Ramzy as President Commissioner of Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi said, "Telkomsel has a comprehensive ecosystem to support the digitalization of businesses, startups and state-owned entities through strategic collaboration. Our various accelerator programs and digital initiatives focus on accelerating business impact. At this year's BUMN Startup Day, we really appreciate the collaboration presented by LinkAja as a digital financial service that realizes the expansion of digitalization in Indonesia."
LinkAja conducts strategic collaborations to provide innovative digital solutions not only for the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment, but also for the corporate segment which has a greater impact on the progress and strengthening of Indonesia's sustainable and inclusive digital ecosystem.
"We are constantly collaborating with various parties, one of which is Feedloop and EdenFarm, which are in line with the mission of accelerating Indonesia's financial inclusion. Through collaboration with Feedloop, we want to show our support for digital enablers for businesses in advancing business, helping the corporate sector and MSMEs through easy technology to create an application. Meanwhile, our collaboration with EdenFarm is a form of strategic cooperation that we believe is able to encourage the digitization of payments in the food ecosystem sector in Indonesia," explained LinkAja President Director, Yogi Rizkian Bahar.
LinkAja's collaboration with Feedloop is expected to bring ease of payment options in both parties' ecosystems to be applied in the low code platform. Feedloop, which is one of Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi's portfolio companies, is able to encourage MSMEs to innovate more agile, through advanced technology to build applications that are ready to use or function as the core of a business operating system. The collaboration with LinkAja includes joint development of Software as a Service solutions through a low-code platform, and B2B product marketing LinkAja. Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso, who represented the President Director of PT Feedloop Global Teknologi explained "We are very enthusiastic about this collaboration. We have mission alignment with LinkAja which focuses on increasing digitalization, where our focus is to open up new opportunities for businesses to grow faster through the digitalization process.”
On the other hand, LinkAja is digitizing the payment process within the EdenFarm ecosystem, a pioneering food supply chain startup with a B2B customer focus. EdenFarm's vision is to simplify Indonesia's B2B food supply chain, empowering the food ecosystem to help improve welfare for farmers, food and culinary businesses through accurate demand consistency, training and technology assistance. EdenFarm currently partners with more than 4,000 farmers. LinkAja's collaboration includes the development of digital payment services for EdenFarm's B2B customers, the implementation of a loyalty program towards EdenFarm's B2B customers, and the use of the Instant User Registration method.
"Currently EdenFarm has more than 50,000 customers in the B2B segment, ranging from vegetable vendors, food stalls, to horeca. We see that LinkAja has various features that can be useful for our customers, so with this collaboration EdenFarm customers have an easier payment option for shopping at EdenFarm, as well as paying bills for daily needs with LinkAja. Customer convenience is our priority at EdenFarm, we hope that in the future EdenFarm and LinkAja can grow together to continue providing customer convenience through digital transactions," explained EdenFarm President Director, David Setyadi Gunawan.
In addition to establishing strategic collaborations, as a form of LinkAja's contribution and direct interaction with locally-made startups in the BUMN Startup Day, LinkAja's President Director, Yogi Rizkian Bahar had the opportunity to become a mentor in the Rapid Mentoring session for startups
Jasaconnect, Chatat.id, and Gocement. In this mentoring session, LinkAja's President Director shared his views and experiences, inspiring startup founders to build a strong business ecosystem.
Through a complete and integrated ecosystem of electronic financial transaction services, LinkAja's consistency and commitment in its efforts towards #SatukanPotentialIndonesia is increasingly being realized. By optimizing all the services offered by each SOE, LinkAja is optimistic that it can meet the needs of safe and convenient digital transactions, and further accelerate the process of equitable financial inclusion in Indonesia.
